Radicchio Red Treviso - 6 Pks

Also known as Chicory, this Italian radicchio grows upright in 25-35 cm or 12-14" heads. The colour starts off green then turns red with white stripes as it matures. It is a columnar shape with leaves that are a slightly bitter but it is great sauteed or in a salad.
