Vittoria Eggplant

This Italian eggplant is firm with a nice tapered shape. You can expect it to grow around 18 cm or 7 inches long. The high yielding vegetable has a mild flavour and is great for slicing because of even shape. Also good for frying or grilling. The Vittoria Eggplant is deep purple to black in colour. But make sure to cut the stem, do not break it when harvesting.
